well not too bad of a start today, I am continueing to do my simple workout of 60 situps and 40 crunches (still really sore from overdoing the crunches a little) but now I have added a 2 mile brisk walk to the routine at a 12% incline. I burned through 540 calories and 69.3 carbs before 4am today just on the treadmill.
