made a really good nutritious snack today ! I heated up a roti (you could use a tortilla too) and spread a spoonful of delicious chocolate peanut butter (made by peanut butter & co) and half of a banana cut in slices. Rolled it up and viola! tastes yummy for around 220 cals total.
