Yesterday was a stressful day at work and last night was a challenge. Around 10:30 I heard the little voice in my head encouraging me to eat more food. I resisted by drinking more water and putting my sleeping cat on my lap so that I wouldn't be tempted to jump and wander into the kitchen. It worked barely. Hoping today is a little better.
