Slowly but surely. I KNOW I'll get there if I keep it up. I'm taking another spinning class today. It's going to KICK MY ASS, but I know that it will get easier in a few weeks. And... I can finally feel my crotch again after last THU's class! :-)

Spinning wasn't as bad today. :-) And as of lunchtime, I'm in total balance of carbs, fat and protein. Let's hope that I can keep it up.
