Well, A little bit of a set back today, It would appear as if I may have ripped one of my Abdominal muscles today as it is extremily painful to do my crunches. I could only do about 3 before if hurt to bad to continue. I guess this is what happens when you get into to much of a hurry with building your muscles. Oh well, I did get my 60 situps in and 1.5 mile brisk walk at 12% incline. Not a bad workout but I do miss the crunches. I will give myself a few days to heal and then carry on. I may need to join a gym soon.
