Waiting for it to ship, but I have access to the PDF version while I wait. I i am taking the shopping list and going shopping tomorrow. I have emailed them because I am on other prescription medications and am a little uneasy about the supplements, especially the hormones. i don't know how they will affect my medications, so I need that explained to me.
For the OJ, I am going to get a low acid type because that will be easier on my gums, and I'll add a touch of baking soda to it to neutralize the acid further. I am going to try chai tea and see if I like it. If not, i will have my green tea I can go back to. Already eating the carrot salad daily; I have to reorient myself to eating every 2 1/2 hours, 6 times a day now.
Introducing dairy on a lactose intolerant stomach will not be easy. I will start with cottage cheese, just a tablespoon at a time.
I have given student disabilities the heads up that i will have to eat 6 times a day to steady my blood sugar. Waiting for my lab results to come back to see if my hypotheses is correct, that I am not converting the Synthroid to the active T3 hormone.
I normally cannot drink 6-8 glasses a day because I will retain it all. So, I just drink whenever I am thirsty. I average about 2 16.9 oz. bottles a day.
