I just put the program on order and paid with Paypal. I am currently 153.0 and recording my weight weekly. I called my doctor yesterday because I have been needing 1 hour naps most days and feeling tired. Hopefully, I will get my period soon and I'll do my temperature to see what's going on. I'm having lab work done tomorrow.

I do exercise, but i have to push myself to do it because of the exhaustion. I take my thyroid medication like I'm supposed to and wait 30-45 minutes before eating. I need a vegetarian way to get protein into breakfast, and suggestions on what fruits and vegetables to buy. I have a lot of questions and i will use the email coaching as much as I need to.
