I tried to be as accurate as possible with the Medium fried Shrimp (comes with fries) I had from Pappadeaux last night and 2 pieces of bread. I didn't have any butter on my bread because I don't really like butter on my bread like that.
75.8 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
