I was gone from home for 2 weeks and managed to not only stay on track but had a huge drop. Pre-planning is the key to staying on track.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 27.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
