I can just type it here. For 3 peppers I used about 3/4 lb ground beef, sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 egg but I'd suggest 2, 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar, 1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice, half can diced tomatoes, salt pepper. Topped with mozzarella with more canned tomatoes on bottom of pan for a bit of a sauce. Then drizzled in olive oil. Cooked at 350 for about an hour :)

That's a few carbs from the tomatoes and mushrooms but you can adjust or use different ingredients to your preferences. I just used what I had available plus I love mushrooms lol
