Oddly enough I go to Mcdonalds now more than I did before, sometimes I ditch the bun too, I get a double hamburger and a regular hamburger and have a 1 bun triple, my big weakness is pastry though, love pies, sausage rolls, cakes, danish...I try to avoid the bakery where poss as I am always in mortal danger of just grabbing some sausage rolls or slices, or pies, and a bag of donuts or apple pie or something similar...

I went to McDonald's today and had a breakfast. I took the children after our dentist appointment. the oldest one had pancake and syrup. ( not recommended if you're diabetic ) I had a sausage and egg mcmuffin. 430 c with a black coffee. Actually not such a bad high calorie breakfast. hungry again now and it was only a couple of hours ago. if I made the same breakfast at home ie bacon rashen, sausage, slice of Cheese and a fried egg I wouldn't be hungry now. oh and plus bread. mmmmmm😕

and bread ain't too bad. a couple of slices a day is okay. it's good for filling up after a not so filling meal

oh and ps. the chocolate muffin at Maccie ds are 480 calories. that's lunch sorted. that's a waste of your calories intake
it's better to have a ham and cheese sandwich
