Feeling good,just added some of my food for the day,entered my exercise
which I did in doors today. Weather not pleasant out.Winds are up and very damp.So I used my gizelle,works good but I love to walk.Can't really complain that much about weather,however we've are having a cold winter here in Fl.I know what it is to have tons of snow,I use to live Northeast.
