26 pushups. I walked nearly 3 miles yesterday and it really helped. I finally dropped below 270. Woot woot. Now on to the 250's. Finished another chapter in the book. I tried situps last night but I still can't do one. I can barely get my shoulders off the ground. This is going to be a long road but I think I am up to it.
