https://www.verywell.com/thyroid-diet-eating-enough-weight-3231590 gives me an RDI to lose weight of 1573. Maintain weight of 1709. This subtracts 200 to take into account my hypothyroidism. Also subtracts 5 calories/kilogram weight to lose weight from maintenance level.So let's try it with the 1709 and see what happens. This would be maintenance at my ideal weight, 140 lbs.

http://www.sailrabbit.com/bmr/ gives me a BMR of 1430 and TDEE of 2217. If we subtract 200 calories for my hypothyroidism, it would be 1230 and 2017, respectively. It gives me a target intake of 2017-200 for my hypothyroidism = 1887.
