Beautiful day! Got out and got a healthy lunch, so I should be set for the rest of the work week actually. Now to fix the breakfast situation - going to get yogurt and fruit and nuts tonight.
Almost a year ago I weighed 183. It is hard for me to believe that. Today I am renewing the effort that I started. Here is to another 20 pounds this year!
