Good day...bad day! Maybe its because I have just started my new eating plan. But I am feeling low. Not happy, I dont feel like I can continue this for two months!
I was out shopping today, was sooo hungry I caved! Well not fully, but I did have some sushi. Then to top it off I havent been to the gym today either. I planed to go at least 5x's a week. I hope to go tomorrow morning for 50 laps of the pool and steam room. But I have to go out for my friends dinner. I feel fine when I'm at home; I can plan my meals etc. As soon as i step out into the big world....I freek out! I cant tell how they are making my food and when I get temptations I freek out again!(not in the literal sense of the word, but mentally).

Anyway I hope to still make something out of this week! Its only tuesday and I still aim to drop that 4lbs AGAIN by monday morning weigh in! GYMMING IT HARD EVERYONE! ANY TIPS PLZ PLZ DROP ME A NOTE! :)

You should not let yourself getting hungry to the point you can't resist, in my opinion. I hope you'll find a way to have healthy snacks to bring with you. It is hard to keep our good habits when we are not home. It's a long process, just don't be discouraged, and don't beat yourself if you fail one day. Good luck!
