OK - went the whole weekend with no diet soda, and no artificial sweeteners (other than splenda in my coffee) and no artificially sweetened items. Pure Atkins. Sticking to it today....see how it goes.

:-) Doing pretty good so far - I did go back to having an Atkins shake for lunch - just too busy sometimes to do otherwise - and I was afraid of what the scale wouold say this morning, but I was down 2 pounds!! :-) yEE-HA!
