I’ve found the secret of successful weight loss. It’s all about being stressed and extremely busy. Yesterday I’ve eat a hole chocolate and today I am 1,5 kg lighter. Actually I’ve been eating a lot of meat since Saturday and sweets, that’s what I felt like eating, and the meat is mostly pork, no workout but always doing something coz that’s the situation nowadays in my life. I’m gonna wait for another 5 days to change the weight chart coz I will officially weight after 10 days in phase 2. well… I was expecting at least 2-3 kg up but sometimes things are strange. I’m not even allowed to eat pork in phase 2….not even sweets…..i’m way out of this phase but hey, I’ll get back to it in about 2 weeks.
