Took me forever to get on the site today.My puter is nuts. Just completed my first week on Induction,very pleased with results.I love veggies but getting the amount in was not easy.Recording veggie carbs first has been working out.I still manage to go over my nc for the day.
Have to tweak again. One more week on Induction then its on to QWL,just in time for my cruise.Talk about a challenge that is a big one.I really don't know how to enter my stats for challenges but know that I am doing them. My water intake so far to 64oz with a glass or 2 more,walked 40 minutes,try to keep everything in balance.I never eat after 6 in the evening,the only time is when we cruise and we have early dinner 5:30. Well,anyway my best wishes to all climb that mountain,reaching the top,achieving goal and onwards to maintence.
