ITs monday and I've lost 4lbs! Not much but a start. It makes me think/wish I had started this sooner. It's only been tuesday, so in 6 days 4lbs, not bad in my book. I can aim to loose approx min 4lbs a week now. I say this cause I followed my diet but not to the book. I did stick to the vegetarian diet of my blood group, but I gave into chocolate! I had 5 squares a day! I really need to stop my 'sweet tooth', as I think its the only thing that could potentially screw me over in this new eating plan (I prefer to say 'new eating plan' than diet!)
