Ugh - stuck again. I'm SO close to my first goal, and I just can't get there! Gonna go back to strict induction for the weekend and see if that helps. My husband is convinced it's because I'm not eating enough - anybody have thoughts on whether there REALLY is something to that?

I think there is something to that. Looking at your calendar, you don't seem to be eating near enough veggies and you may want to cut out the shakes as they sometimes cause issues. Others may have input also. And don't forget to drink your water. :)

Honestly, your losing fine. You have lost 2 pounds in the past week. Your body is made up of 60% water, so it will fluctuate hourly. When you weigh daily, you need to expect the ups and downs. Your calories look fine. Are you exercising? That can really help with weight loss. Being active is important. Make sure your getting plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch your sodium intake. Stay hydrated. Each small thing you do can add up to weight loss.

I realize it feels like you're stuck, but it's really only been 5 days. You've also lost over 14 pounds in a bit over 5 weeks! Your body is probably just adjusting. Excluding today, your February monthly average daily calories comes out to slightly less than 1250 per day. For the weights you're moving through right now, that's probably too low. Sierra gave you excellent advice...shakes, bars, s/f candy, etc. have all caused problems for some people on this site....even s/f Jello! Consider replacing some of those product categories with whole, fresh meats and veggies and see how it goes. Congrat's on the weight you've lost thus far and good luck!

You guys are wonderful. Three things you've pointed out - I just needed to hear it again, I think; I do need to cut down on the sweets and processed stuff....I definately need to increase my veggies, and drinking...ugh!! That's my big nemesis! I've never been a drinker - I can go days only drinking a glass or two - need to work on that. REAL exercise is a bit on hold for a but, as I'm in an air cast for torn ligaments in my ankle. I'll get back to it, though! And thankyou all for the support - it means SO much!!
