Well I must say I feel great on atkins I have more energy then I did before Ive lost 11 pounds in less then 2 weeks I can only assume it was water carrying out all the crap out of my body because I feel amazing I even stopped drinking caffeine (not worth the carbs) and am still functioning fine a month ago i would have said it was impossible!! I do still have my sweet tooth that i silence with homemade sweets (made with fake sugar) I really wish I could get some atkins bars but they dont seem to sell them in Canada oh well
