Reading over my journal entries I realize it has taken a year to loose 13 lbs but I have really only been low carb consistently since Oct. when my weight was again at 160. I found out one of medications slows down my metabolism😞. I have been going to the gym 3 times week, staying at 1200 calories or less and approx. 20-30 carbs a day. in the second time my husband has lost 37 lbs -. so not fair! But this is a lifestyle change for us.
