I was pleasantly surprised at weigh in last night. I have been sick and not journaling or going to the gym so I wasn't sure how weigh in would go. I was down 1.6lbs! Goodbye 190's and hello 180's! I am on the mend so slowly getting back to the gym and eating right. Hope everyone is having a great week! ;)
