Leftover cake and a cookie after dinner last night. I haven't read for over a week. I need to read and refocus. I've entered my food for breakfast /lunch and I'm already at 1800 cals. It's going to be a long night but I know I can do it if I stay out of the kitchen. 16 pushups!
