Slightly up after a delicious dinner last night. I will be back on track today. Yesterday's plan worked well. The last time I ate at that restaurant I consumed 3100+ cals for the day so I'm feeling pretty good about the 2800 cals yesterday. Also, I am still averaging less than my RDI for the week. Feeling sore from my 12 pushups too. I am glad the plan allows for rest days.
