EDITING MY eating plan!
Mixing up the A blood group diet with the Biggest loser club diet plan.

45% carbohydrates,
30% from protein,
25% from fat.

The 4-3-2-1 Biggest Loser Pyramid sets the stage for number of servings from each of the food groups:

* 4 servings of fruits and vegetables
* 3 servings of protein -- lean, vegetarian, or low-fat dairy
* 2 servings of whole grains
* 1 extra of fats, oils, sweets, alcohol, or your choice, equivalent to 200 calories

Good luck with your plan, it sounds good! I'm on BTD as well, but I'm O, from what I remember you have a vegetarian diet amd I am a meat eater... sorry we can't really help each other lol!

Thanks! It seems to be working so far. 6 days 4lbs! I am battling with a major sweet tooth problem! I never realized how reliant on chocolate I was! Good luck with your new eating plan! Any tips please share!!
