I decided to drink the cherry apothe that I already have at the house to close my evening eating down. It worked last night, no cheating. But I also fell right to sleep AND DREAMED. I'll try to drink it at sun down so that I don't sleep my life away. Today is the last day before heading back to work for two days. I hope Im getting enough calories to muster through the day. I'll pack some hard boiled egg whites for a booster. After I loose about half of my unwanted, I'll raise my calorie level but right now this is where I need to be.

OK yesterday I started dreaming vivid memorable dreams. Today I noticeably saw the brain fog and depression lifting. This is going to be a great week ahead. It was so easy to smile at strangers today and mean it!! I'm all sold on getting sugar and starches out of your system. You know, the white food.
