I know I fall short on protein and didn't make my calorie count. Still
trying to correct all of this. My nc are just a little under for veggies but everything will fall into place. I certainly don't want a unhealthy calorie count, I am aiming for at least 1500. But hanging tough and not getting to concern or beating myself up. Staying positive. I have enough background to know all this will come tog

Hey Winddancer, I think you are doing great. I sometimes look and my day of food and wonder how to get enough calories without too many carbs. It's a constant learning process. I don't think anyone should beat themselves, or anyone else up over it. We just need to keep on keeping on. Best wishes to us all.
