Well i went to the doctors and i was way off on my weight 10lbs at this point i would be happy with just a few lbs off to get back to the 185 i thought i was :0( waaaahhhhh

well i have the elliptical so i hope that will be my friend lol 35 min last night and i hope for to do that for a week then boost up either time or resistance :0)
