I had a wonderfully lazy Sunday but today is Back to Basics Monday. Feeling great despite the slight uptick this morning on the scale. I have already walked an extra lap at work hoping to shed that half pound a little more by morning. I am also planning on being extra vigilant today because tomorrow is Valentine's Day and dinner is going to be HUGE. Can't wait! =)
