Over 5 pounds lost the first week.! Cravings for junk food subsiding... Will try to stay closer to 500 calories for the next two weeks because I have more energy and seem to be getting better at functioning with so few calories. I don't expect to lose as much this next week...am coming off many month of eating whatever I wanted.!!! Still happy with what I have lost so far.
