Recently i've found out that the number on scale that every morning i see, gives me mood of the day. if there's weight loss, feelling pumped up and happy but if there's no weight loss it totaly ruins my day! YEAH LOSS. SO, now, what i learned, only weigh yourself when you truly know you have been good. If you KNOW you were bad, or had a tough day, don't get on the scale to document your failure, (which is NOT a failure), Don't let the scale dictate your life, your mood, but it does feel GREAT when it goes down, and when you eat correctly you will lose!

I wouldn't look at everyday weigh in's as way to gauge success. Your weight will fluctuate to much on a daily basis based on a number of different factors. Water retention is a huge one which can change from day to day. I weigh in everyday, but don't care about the day to day numbers, I gauge success over week and two week intervals.
