ok, I totaly flopped today I wwas running late coming home and my husband ordered pizza. Although I only had one piece, I should of ate salad instead . I looked at my diet journal and relized just over half my food was carb based.

Hey You won the battle and only had one piece! Occasional treats are OK in small amounts-it makes living easier. Why have the salad as well to fill you up?
