I went to Dr Saffer's client appreciation today. I learned some things. A tiny excercise and short time is better than nothing. I have to give over to God. I have tried to solve so many things myself. The cronic pain and concern about my DePuy joints, my ruptured disk, my age equivelent of 74 years when I am 59 years. Will I die soon?

3 tiny squared of choc per day is ok. (dark is best)
upper body excercise gets your heart up faster.

Seeing hip doc (Jamrich on Monday) Back doc (March 1) Mills. Counselor on Wednesday.

Want to fit into new coctail dress for Roque's State event. I need to intake less than 1350 calories per day with no excercises. Try to up the excercise. Should find swimming pool. Looking for myself.
