ShyGuy's Journal, 10 Feb 12

Of late, work has kept me busy, and tired; considering the time I have to get up, every morning, and prevents me from going to bed early enough to catch up on my sleep. That being said, I've been able to keep up with my food diary, but not with making regular entries into my journal. I've been experimenting with some tasty additions to my diet, such as: brussels sprouts, lightly seasoned, and roasted in goose fat, oooh very good; barbecue pork rinds served with guacamole, also very good, and various incarnations of quiche, and creamy soups. I'll be making a quiche Lorraine, this weekend, and coming up with a low carb version of New England Clam Chowder, next weekend, after which maybe a fauxtato leek soup, garnished with bacon, using either turnips or cauliflower. Who says low carb is boring! Ha ha, I don't think so! :-)

So entertaining the things you come up with. Hope work gives you a bit of a break so you can rest up some! All that creative energy needs a lot of umph to get going. Good job keeping up your food log anyway - have a good day!
