Bentuknya agak sedikit tidak enak dipandang, tapi ini makanan kurang lebih 350-400 kalori.. Mulai dari beras campuran merah 75% putih 30%, trus daging iga di masak rawon rebus tanpa tanpa gajih 50gr, kecambah dan sambel, tempe 15 gr, tahu 20 gr..
