Good Morning

Weigh in this morning showed another 2 lb loss with a total of 5 lbs since I started Atkins on Monday. I have no idea why the stats say I lost 14 lbs. I don't know how to fix that.I'm thrilled but know I will slow down on the loss. The program is working,I'm following 100% this time and took the time to really not skip anything in the book. Also have ordered the new book coming out in March. Good price on Amazon for it.

Great! Keep up the good work. As you know if you stick to any life style change, it will work, you just have to find one that works for you and stick with it. So, dont give up keep doing what you are doing and you will see the results you want. Sometimes it may not be as quickly as you would like but in the end it pays off. Last year I made myself a promise to stick to a healthy eating plan and workout routine and I did and I lost 35 pounds last year and I am still losing. I have about 15 lbs till my goal weight. :) I am proof that if you dont give up even when the scale doesnt move for weeks or months or creeps back up, that it will come off in the end. I wish you the best on this journey :)

I think the successful posts are what help me stay motivated. It reminds me that I, too can't wait to post a significant weight loss. And it also feels good to be able to somehow help others.
