Right now I'm finding it very hard to stick to my diet .. with all the celebrations for my Saints winning the Super Bowl and all the Mardi Gras parties and parades here in New Orleans... and there is no alcohol allowed on Atkins Diet so it looks like I will have to wait till lent to get serious again... I will be back on February 17th.. in the meantime I will be as good as possible... WHO DAT!!!
