re-reading "willpower instinct"; started ch. 1 yesterday. my "I will" is to log food, exercise and journal every day. my "I won't" is not to avoid journaling everything. my "I want" is to lose the weight for good. I noticed that I overate at dinner yesterday. I was eating to eat I think. I will try to stop and feel my fullness for 10 minutes before going back for seconds. I also need to start using smaller plates to enforce portion control. planning for rest of week: there is free food ALL day tomorrow so I will need to stick to calorie goals for today.
