Come on people, don’t be so melodramatic, I will not give up, nor did I say such a thing, so I had some meat, what’s so wrong in that? Meat is good! :):) raise your hand those of you who think this is easy (Serica, let your hand down or I swear I’m gonna kick you with a tomato, coz you’re still on veggies) :):):)so today I’m back on track and all I know is that tomorrow morning I can have some meat. I don’t know exactly in what the second faze consists in this diet but I’m going to make some net research and see if I figure it out. Again, I have to stress it, all I know is that I can have some meat! But other information is welcomed. Oh, I like and appreciate your support, even clt’s reminder that I can develop a heart disease :), but as a doctor I tell you, at my weight, I can have a cardiac arrest due to over dieting and over exercising. So I’m taking it easy, so it can last longer.
