I'll have to try the toasted sweet potato, I haven't seen that before.

It is really easy! Just slice and pop it in. My toaster only goes for three mins so I flip it and put it in two or three times. It is ready when you can easily peirce it with a fork. I am staying away from gluten and I LOVE toast so this is my new love affair. (:
