I've gained some back but it is my own fault. My boyfriend likes to bring home cookies and ice cream and it is hard to resist when someone is snacking right in front of you. Just a little extra sugar makes it easier to cave in on other diet no-nos. I also was not able to walk as much as needed last week - a double whammy. Time to get back on the wagon!
