Martina Google FAT FAST. It's a high fat diet 80-90 percent fat. It's a short diet from 1 to 5 days no longer. You take in 1000 to 1200 calories. The diuertic diet is designed to break a stall. Because it's diuertic you lose both water and fat, so you're real weight is the day after you stop the diet and resume normally eating and regain the water weight back on average it's half a pound to 1.5 pounds.
