Had a good weigh in this week !!
I'm happy about that, but was also concerned about being feeling bogged down and low on energy, so I discussed my eating and caloric intake with my trainer. She has told me that I'm not eating enough calories each day and that I should be at 2000 at the very least.
Kinda happy to know that I can be eating some more, and if it helps with the sluggishness and low energy, that would be great. Kinda bummed out to know that my weight loss with likely slow right down because of it.
Alas... slow and steady wins the race, right?
