I treated myself today to a home cooked roast dinner. Much smaller than I would I usually have and even had 4 small Aunt Bessies Roasters because its not a roast without roasters..lol.... I really enjoyed it even if I left some and will probably see it on the scales but I think we all need a treat every so often . :)
