Arghh.... up a pound but I guess that's what happens when you eat salty food ( that sauerkraut yesterday and fried fish) - oh well. Drink lots of water and stay away from those yummy tidbits! Made it in to the gym at zero dark thirty- early but I get the whole place to myself so I can 'play' with those exercises I won't do in public. Let's see if I can stay with the program.
