Heading to my regular Monday training session and weigh in.

Optimistic that I've dropped a bit since the last weigh in, but feeling out of sorts and quite snacky the last few days. Not sure if the snacky is from it being the weekend... who knows.

Hopefully a good workout will snap me out of it. And a good hearty healthy meal...
