How do you get the protein mix to taste ok. I couldn't drink mine. Yours looks great!

you add some fruit and or flavoring. I use almond milk and flavored syrups add ice and I feel like I'm eating ice cream.

It also takes the state of mind to say "it's food that's good for me" without needing to taste "good" - I suggest going on a zero sugar diet for about a week and a half- then when you have your protein it will have a completely different taste. :)
Or try different brands/flavors. Some people don't like Some of them. I have a rhubarb custard flavor a friend gave me - I don't like the taste, but if I throw ice and berries in, it's a great smoothie.

I use mine to make flavored iced coffee, some almond milk, instant coffee and vanilla protein powder. Cheaper than Starbuck and better for me too.

@TheOnlyEternity, what is the point of living longer, if you have to eat ""food that's good for me" without needing to taste "good""? People need balance, be healthy but enjoy life and food.

Two scoops plain in water every day after my workout. This is one of the better tasting IMO. If you want the best flavor try the Post-Jym. If you are not putting in hour plus intense workout sessions it might be a waste. This is not a replacement for whole foods.

Why can't people just eat right and exercise, these fad diets do not work! You'll end up putting on even more weight in the long run. Do fitnessblender on YouTube they have like over 500 full length free workout videos, and eat healtthy I've lost 37lbs doing this. No protein shakes, no fasting, no fad diet, no crazy weird ish

All diets are fad diets, only a true lifestyle change will bear sustainable results. Keto isn't a diet, it's a tool to transition off the Standard American Diet of high fat, high carb, high calories and into a healthy, sustainable way of eating.

I agree with Sliverhides - You CAN have both - healthy AND yummy. It just takes a little more time and effort but worth it!

I wasn't downing anyone, Terri, I was responding to a post that DDITTO has subsequently deleted where he called low-carb a fad diet. I was mocking his logic, but hey, whatever, once again proof that anytime I respond to anything I'm wrong. Just FYI, I lost over 200 pounds in less than a year on a "fad" diet.
