Was weighing a bit less then I expected. My goal is to break 300 by the end of May. I can't ever "reward" my weight loss with cheat meals because it turns into a downward spiral of bingeing. So I have to just keep tracking and slowly increase my activity and hopefully I will achieve my goal this month. Slow and steady wins the race! Hoping I don't revert back to my old ways as has been the case for the past 4 years, gotta get my confidence and more importantly my health back, it's now or never!
